The brief
Bring colleagues from different businesses together around a shared direction. The concept balances a focused plenary with time for smaller conversations, without making the day feel like a sequence of presentations.
The idea
An open circular stage puts speakers among the audience. A continuous ribbon of light connects the main room to conversation lounges, where each theme becomes a question for guests to explore together.
Making it happen
The proposed scope covers spatial design, stage and scenic production, lighting, sound, presentation content and guest flow. A timed rehearsal plan brings speakers, screen content and show cues together before doors open.
The experience
Guests would move from a common opening into small-group discussions and return to share priorities. A follow-up summary would capture their contributions. Participation and feedback are proposed measures, not reported results.
