This notice explains what information the Backstage website collects, why, and the choices you have. Backstage is part of Forward Media.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company (if given), the type of project, timing and your message. We do not ask for more than we need to reply.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run this website and receive enquiries, such as Netlify, which hosts this website and receives enquiry form submissions, and our email provider. They process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to reply, or longer if we go on to work together.

Cookies

The site works without cookies. If we switch on analytics, we will use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site, and only after you accept them in the cookie banner. A Cookie settings link will then appear in the footer so you can change your choice at any time.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them.
